Does GameStop offer free shipping?
GameStop does offer free shipping, but only on online orders of more than $35. Alternatively, the retailer does also offer in-store pickup for free. This allows you to order an item online and then have it ready for collection at your nearest GameStop location. This is a great option if you live locally to a GameStop and are making a smaller purchase.
Is there a GameStop rewards scheme?
Yes, the GameStop PowerUp Rewards Pro membership allows customers to earn points for every purchase. You'll earn 2% of your order total back on all orders, plus you'll receive $10 worth of in-store credit as a thanks for joining up, then another $5 worth of credit every month onwards. Joining the scheme is free - just head to the GameStop website.
Does Gamestop price match?
GameStop price match has not rolled out across the US, but individual stores are trialing the scheme. Where they are running the scheme, GameStop price match with major competitors like Amazon & Best Buy. They won't factor in any discounts or sales, and you'll need to prove you can get an item for less elsewhere (including shipping). Make sure to ask at your local store to see if they're taking part.
Does GameStop accept returns?
Yes, most items GameStop sells are covered by a 7-day returns period, during which you can request an exchange or refund by getting in touch with customer service. Note that you'll be charged $8.99 for any returns to cover the cost of postage.
